Important Update from Your Credit Union

Hello Sioux Empire FCU Members,

We sincerely appreciate your membership and your continued trust in our Credit Union.

The Coronavirus COVID-19 is rapidly becoming a serious concern on a global, national, and unfortunately, local level. Sioux Empire Federal Credit Union is taking precautionary steps to protect the health and safety of all members.

During this time, we encourage you to take advantage of our digital options for account maintenance and transactions. Using It’sMe247 Online Banking and SEFCU Mobile, you have free access to view transactions and balances, transfer between accounts, deposit checks (mobile only) and make payments. SEFCU Mobile’s recent upgrade provides many of these options directly linked from the home screen.

Our Credit Union staff will continue to serve members in all three of our branches. We’ve enhanced our daily cleaning routines and procedures to safeguard our public spaces and keep a clean environment for everyone to conduct business. As we have for many years, all branches are equipped with hand sanitizer for everyone’s use. We will continue to inform staff of updated or suggested practices from the CDC as they become available.

Lastly, in the event you or someone close to you does become impacted by COVID-19, please reach out to the Credit Union for all available assistance options, such as a credit line increase or other personal finance options.

We assure you we are keeping a close eye on the situation and will continue to review additional precautions and measures that will allow our Credit Union to best serve you, our members.
