Important Update from Your Credit Union

Hello again Sioux Empire FCU members,

We once again say Thank You for your membership and how you have worked with us to navigate all the changes during this COVID time in our lives.

Most of you already know, but we have reopened our lobbies.  Risk mitigation steps have been taken to protect not only you, but our employees too.  All our employees are required to wear facial coverings, and we ask you to do the same.

We recognize that even with all these precautions, there may be times when we need to make adjustments to our ability to offer services to you.  Our plan is to communicate those changes as quickly as possible, so stay tuned to our social media channels.

Fortunately, we had a significant level of digital services already available to you when we had to close our lobbies back in March.  Between our ItsMe247 Online Banking and our SEFCU Mobile App, you have been able to conduct an overwhelming majority of your business.  Thank you for using those services whenever possible and allowing our employees to serve our members in the drive-ups more efficiently for the other service needs not available in a digital format.

We hear many of our members are still being affected by the ripples of COVID in our community.  Please reach out to us for any assistance we can offer, we are truly looking to help whenever feasible.

Until this event passes, we hope you will stay safe and follow the CDC recommendations to the best of your ability.

Increased ATM/Debit Card Daily Limits

We realize members may need access to funding at this time to assist with purchases and every day spending cash. To best assist our members that may need additional funding during this time and are unable to visit our teller lines, we have increased daily personal limits on debit purchases and ATM cash advances. 
Purchases:  Now $1500, up from $1000
Cash Advances:  Now $510, up from $310
Effective April 1, 2020

KOFE Financial Education Assistance

Our financial literacy partners at KOFE have assembled a variety of courses, tips, and downloadable content to assist you in keeping your finances strong during this time. They also offer free financial coaching if you prefer one-to-one guidance navigating your current finances. KOFE services are provided at no cost to all Sioux Empire FCU members.

Our lobbies are currently closed to the public. We remain open to serve you by drive-up only during normal business hours, which are 7:30 am – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday at all locations, and 9:00 am – noon on Saturday at our East Branch and our SW Branch.​
